The 10th Asian Junior Wushu Championships is to be held in Bandar Seri Bagawan, Brunei Darussalam from August 19 until 23, 2019. The Wushu Federation of Asia have held the 48th Executive Committee Meeting at the Conference room of Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium prior the championships.

Mr. Fok Chun Wan, President of the Wushu Federation of Asia, expressed appreciation to the Government of the Brunei Darussalam in supporting and attach importance to the development of wushu in Asia, and gratitude to Wushu Federation of Brunei Darussalam for their hard work and contribution to the organization of the championships.

Mr. Lim Boom Hwa, President of the Wushu Federation of Brunei Darussalam, brief preparatory report was made and conveyed his thanks to the WFA for entrusting Wushu Federation of Brunei Darussalam to host this year’s championship which is the biggest wushu event that Brunei has ever hosted.

In addition to reporting on the work of the Secretariat and the committees, the meeting also discussed the future development of wushu in Asia on competitions, traditional wushu and marketing and discussion was held for upcoming championships.
