On the afternoon of August 18, President of the WFA Mr. Fok Chun Wan, Vice Presidents Mr. Mahdi Alinejad, Mr. Zhang Qiuping, Mr. Julian Camacho and Mr. Park Chang Bum was accompanied by Mr. Lim Boom Hwa, President of the Wushu Federation of Brunei Darussalam and Dr. Md. Fidaus Abdul Rahman, Chairman of the 10th Asian Junior Wushu Championship Organizing Committee to visit HRH Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah, President of the National Olympic Council of Brunei Darussalam.

HRH Prince Haji Sufri Bolkiah expressed warm welcomes to wushu teams from all over Asia to Brunei Darussalam. This is the largest international event held in Brunei in recent years after the 1999 Southeast Asian Games. The government fully supports the Wushu Federation of Brunei Darussalam and will cooperate with the preparations for the event.

Mr. Fok Chun Wan thanked the Brunei Darussalam Royal family for their support in wushu sport. It is a pleasure to see that great improvement in the development of wushu in Brunei Darussalam.
